Initial Consultation

[Virtual] This brief initial consultation will allow the two of us to meet, discuss your current challenges, and what it is you hope to gain from therapy. Initial consultations are optional. You can book this session directly through my calendar availability using the button below.

Individual Therapy

Open-ended therapy can offer more than symptom relief — it creates the space to explore the deeper roots of your challenges through a grounded, psychologically informed approach.

These sessions will take place online, or in person at our mutually agreed upon time & duration.

University Students/Trainee's

University life is a time of transition, growth, and often uncertainty. I offer reduced rates to ensure students can access the support they need without added financial pressure. Counselling trainee's included. Evidence will need to be provided. Weekly sessions only.

Racial Trauma

We can explore the psychological and emotional effects of racism from chronic stress to internalised narratives. Therapy can support processing these experiences, reconnecting with dignity, and developing tools for resilience. 

Attachment

We can work towards recognising your attachment patterns, improving relational boundaries and building secure, healthy ways of connecting.

Childhood Trauma

We can work on developing a felt sense of safety, processing unresolved memories and shifting survival responses that no longer serve you. 

Identity Challenges

If you are questioning aspects of your identity or sense of self, therapy can help you clarify values, untangle external pressures and support a more grounded understanding of who you are and how you want to live.

Stress

In therapy, we can identify the sources of your stress, understand your response patterns and build sustainable ways to cope, prioritise and recover.

Integrative Therapy Approach

I work as an integrative practitioner, drawing from a range of evidence-based psychological theories to inform my practice. This allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Our psychodynamic therapy sessions delve into unconscious patterns and past experiences to gain insight into your present-day struggles. This in-depth exploration can lead to profound self-discovery and transformation. Best suited for long term work.

Relational Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Through relational CBT, we focus on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This approach can help you develop healthier patterns of thinking and improve your overall mental well-being. CBT is particularly useful for approaching a specific challenge such as behaviours or negative thought patterns that you'd like to work on in a practical way.

Systemic

Therapy

Systemic therapy takes into account the interconnectedness of individuals within their relationships and broader systems. By addressing family dynamics and social influences, systemic therapy aims to foster positive change and harmony.
